I have an FL car. Is that why I can't find the EGR valve?
All 93-94 cars have EGRs, only the 93 Cal and 94s have a switch that reports EGR function to the ECU.
Anyway it is either blocked off or you aren't looking in the right place. It is on the lower intake manifold right above the turbos, behind the aluminum y-pipe. There is a blue connector that will be plugged into it if it is setting a check engine light. If your car isn't a Cal or 94 then the connector should be unplugged.
