I have buyed FD and now I have a problem...
After 4 years of owning FC TII now I have buyed FD. In such a small country as Lithuania it ia a second FD .
From first view the problem is popular - 3000 RPM hesitation, but the problem is that I can not find the reason why it hapends.
Shortly I can describe that car boosts and runs good until it reaches 2700 RPM. Then the power is being cut. This only happends with high load. If I don't press accelerator fast, car is driving OK.
Some info about the car:
Car has no cats so it can be a fuel cut due to the over boost, but for previous owner this problem happend after 2 years when he has removed cats just while driving.
Apexi S-AFC boost warning level is set on 0,8 bar and it doesn't turn on while boosting.
ECU error scaning gave two error codes in the begining 28 (EGR selenoid) and 51 (Fuel pump relay). I have found a blown transistor in ECU for the output to Fuel pump relay and now there are no error codes.
Please help me. I need an advise where I should look more acuratelly for to find the faulty part.

You are not experiencing the 3k rpm hesitation. Since it only happens under heavy load, it is either the fuel pump not switching to higher voltage or it is the secondary injectors not coming online. Since your ecu has a fuel pump relay problem, that is most likely it.

Fuel filter has been changed and turbos do not smoke.
About the fuel pump - I'll measure the voltage on pump tomorrow. As I know it should be around 12 V on heavy load.
Also I have find one spark plug (trailing, first rotor) which has a very ugly electrode. Can it be related with ingnition (coils , spark plugs)?
