I've done it at least 3 times with my car. It sits broken and disheveled. I get the guts to think about selling it. Then out of nowhere, i buy a knick knack or just man up and sink money into its repair.
This time, there isnt functionally anything wrong with my car. It drives beautifully. I just got bored with it. I won two sets of tires at an Indy 500 event. 275s and 285s if anyone needs rear tires i have plenty lol.
I then reasoned that i needed rims for the free tires. Who wants to waste free tires?! But, the rims would look stupid without the car lowered. So i bought Tein Flex coilovers. I didnt want the stock front bumper sitting high off the ground if the car is lowered so i bought Shine auto body parts.
And here i am.
Anyone else run into this vicious cycle?

ive been asked on many occasions how much i would take to part with my car, my answer is always "shes not for sale" thats usually followed up by someone asking "what if you get into an accident with it"
