i did auto to manual now hold flashes and high idle

i did the auto to manual and now my hold light wont stop flashing im using a manual ecu what do i have to do for it to stop. also when the car was auto it would idle at around 1400rpm on park once i put it in gear it went to 1k rpms. now its at 1400 rpms all the time because it doesn't have the load from the a/t. what can i do to drop it to 1k rpm

hmmm..... even with the auto it should never idle at 1400 rpm. hmm it could be that the tps is off, iac is bad, or idle screw needs to be adjusted. i did the auto to manual swap like 2 weeks ago and the hold light was flashing but i ditched the stock wiring harness and installed a haltech e 11 v2 standalone ecu and that solved the hold light issue. its probably throwing a code on the hold because it cant sense the auto tranny is working properly
