Question Huh? A Single turbo FD...with dual air intakes?

I was just reading the January Import Tuner mag and noticed the article about the Carbon Creations car?

http://www.importtuner.com/features/...car/index.html

What is the deal with a single turbo upgrade with dual air intakes Is this possible and how much more air could you possibly get from have 2 intakes on a single turbo?

I love the 9.5" FRONT wheels, and 8.5" BACK wheels. I'm sure it's a typo, but probably an easy mistake from a writer who probably writes about drag civics all the time.

That looks like one of those "Grant" steering wheels they sell at auto zone.

I guess those are words to live by....

now that I saw the pics in the article I am not impressed by the car anymore although I do like the carbon fiber bodykit even though I wouldn't personnally do it to my car.

I recall reading about that car about 1 1/2 yrs ago. The article said he 'estimates' ~ 370-380 whp on 18psi with his stock twins (i think it included the intercooler fogger).

At least he's not on here talking about what an authority figure he is....

Nothing at all, I was just pointing out that they were greddy intakes, thus it has twins(I just worded what I said very poorly, I was in a rush). In fact Ive had those intakes and liked them very much, basically HKS but half the price

I've had them for a while now too. Only problem I've had was when I installed my large SMIC, the wide Airinx filters take some manipulating to fit next to the IC piping. I don't know how anyone could spend $500+ on a HKS Racing Suction Kit. You're half way to a PFC!!

yeah, all class. Gotta love a magazine that goes to cruises and shows, takes pics of the 'saucy' girls, then asks a standard set of questions that includes things such as 'pink or brown?' (ie; where do you prefer it?)
