Question How to turn on foglights without turning on headlights?

Just like the title says, I want to use the foglights without turning on the headlights. I'm using the foglight switch to power my electric fan for my intercooler and I need to know an easy way to use the foglight switch to power my fan without having to turn on the headlights. Thanks in advance.

I'm at work so I don't have the FSM with me, but there's a 12V trigger wire on the foglight switch that wire get the signal from the headlight switch. Find that wire with a DMM, cut it or de-pin it from the factory connector and wire it to a switched 12V.

there are usually 3 spots for switches down there , 1 is the fog , the other defrost for rear , and then the middle is not used , try and locate another foglight switch and put it in the center spot . that way you have ot keep inventing to a minimum
