How to tighten motor mount bolts

I have a small oil leak and I think it's coming from the oil pan's motor mount bolts. I want to try to tighten them to see if it can help stop the leak. The problem is that I can not access these bolts because there is a metal plate (I think part of the subframe) in the way! Can someone give me some pointers on the proper ways of doing this...
Thanks!

It's the same as if you were fixing the oil pan gasket. That subframe has to come out of the way in whole or in part.

If you run a search on oil pan gasket you'll get a lot of info.
