I am having an issue where my 93 will NOT start. I replaced the battery. All it does now is spinsl The interior lights do not work. The front and rear running lights do not work. I wouldn't think the interior lights would be controlled by the ECU. The head lights do work. I have NOT tested the fuses under the hood. The fuses in the drivers side kick panel "appear" to be good. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
