the front turn signals have a screw on one side and a tab on the other. once the screw is removed the light can still be a bit tight because of weather and all. i put a screwdriver in the hole and wiggled it around a little just to brake the seal and that was it

If you cant get it out from the outside of the car, pop the headlights and you get it out from behind.

You must have been low on blinker fluid, that's why it was stuck and didn't want to come out. For real though, the best way to remove a 93-95 turn signal light is to unscrew the screw almost all the way out, but not all the way, (maybe 2 or 3 threads still screwed in) and using your fingers just pull on the screw strait out and at the same time apply pressure with your other fingers to the opposite corner of the light to dislodge the tabbed part. If you still can't get it out after trying that, just smash it with a tack hammer and call it a day. Then go buy yourself a whole new 99 spec front end. You'll be glad you did.
