20 for my FD. god i love her its hard to believe its already been 14 months

 

Bought my FD in 2000, I was 20. I went to 8 different banks before I could get the loan! I didn't have a pot to **** in, no credit, just $2500 cash and a lot of confidence. I promised every bank loan officer that I'd own my car forever and I'd never let them down. One of them, finally, took a chance. I've refinanced it 4 times since!! LOL!!

 

17yrs old, had to empty my bank account for it

Got mine on July 4th, about 7 days after I turned 19

26 in 2007, and even though i got ripped off bad on price because of lack of knowledge, i still love it.

Anyone else have this problem when they bought theirs?

got my first FD at 17, sold it at 19. Got my second at 20, still have it and I just turned 22

 

Got my first FD 3 days ago, turning 25 in october...its been a long time coming and its going to be cup of noodles and tons of overtime to pay her off......but im glad i finally have my 7

 

I got my FD when i was 16, just a month after my birthday. It's been my DD ever since.

 

RLaoFD - Did you pay for it with your own money?

Does it make sense to purchase a roller and build it to be a reliable DD?
