Most late model NGK plugs will last 15,000 miles in a stock 7. There are some guys around here that change plugs every 5,000 miles, but that seems a bit wasteful to me.

On my civic I use cheap plugs and change them every two oil change. (3k per oil change) On my fd...... plugs are way more expensive lol, so i'll maybe change plugs every 3 or 4 ...5??? oil changes (2k per oil change)
