how much side-to-side play in rear wheels?

This summer I replaced all the rear pillow ball bushings and the toe link bushings. The toe links already have some slop in them it looks like, I can move the rears side to side just enough to get some nice clunking and I can jiggle the toe links enough to know they are the cause. They shouldnt go bad after only 5k miles or so, maybe the small slop is normal? Or maybe I should just replce with an aftermarket unit. I went stock because of parts life but if the stock bushings are only going to last 6 months I think anything is better than that.

So how much side-to-side do you guys have in the rear?

slop is not normal. you know the toe links are bad. also does the wheel have any play if you grab the top back and the front bottom and wiggle it that way? to check the bearing.

Just the side to side moves. I didnt think there should be any movement but why would both my toe links go bad in such a short time? Damn, guess I will just ditch them and go aftermarket.
