How much max hp to wheels safely

What is the max hp to the wheels you can see with the stock twin sequential turbo system? Still safe and reliable

He said "safe and reliable".

300-320 RWHP @ 12-12.5 psi. To push 350+ RWHP, you'll have to run more boost than is "safe and reliable" on the street. That doesn't mean you won't have a car that's capable of more power, especially with the added safety of race gas, but I wouldn't recommend running more than 13 psi on the street on the stock twins if your goals are "safe and reliable".
