How much horspower with stock ecu and downpipe and custom catback?

How much horspower with stock ecu and downpipe and custom catback?
I dont have the money to mod my car and I'am planning on taking off the midpipe for safety reasons. Now my question is with a downpipe and 11psi of boost with custom catback meaning a 4inch pipe from the cat converter to the muffler, how much horsepower well i have? And also is our cat converters pretty descent when it comes to exhaust flow? or are they totally a piece of ****?
