How many and part numbers for check valves needed for a hose job?

I'm about to embark on the vacuum hose job. Figure that I'll go ahead and replace all the check valves while I'm at it. Does anybody know what the part numbers are and how many of each I'll need?

Also the car has 103k miles on it, should I get the FI cleaned while I'm in there?

Thanks!

There are 5 (including the PCV). Use the McMaster ones. Details here:

It was originally damian's idea to use these. He's had them for awhile (and so I have I) without any problems.
