How many electrical connectors to disconnect?

I am just about ready to pull my engine. I believe I have all the hoses disconnected per what is referenced in the factory service manual. It seems that there are a ****-load more electrical connectors to disconnect than what the manual says.......I mean, it doesn't even show to take the damned starter connections off, for crying out loud! There are some BIG *** wire looms that look like they are hooked to various things on the engine that would hang up when taking the engine out.
Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks!

there really arent that many that I can recall of when I pulled my engine. Just make sure you unbolt all the grounds. Just double check it really well, and when you pull it be careful on the initial pull incase any wires were left connected. Have you already separated your clutch from your fly wheel??? If not, let me know I have a good web page giving a tutorial on removing it. Its simple, but hard if you dont understand how. GL on the pull

Just use your eyes and look for anything on the engine that is still connected to anything not coming out.

Basic logic for removing anything from anything else!
