How long has Neo Synthetics been around?
I have searched for the forum for the best tranny fluid and it sounds like there is a lot of good stuff out there. I plan on going with Neo 75W90HD since a lot of people like it (it probably doesnt matter too much what I use since I dont do any racing or hard driving all that much). My question is how long have they been around? Have their products been tried and tested over time? They look like a smaller company out of CA and dont have that many dealers throughout the country.
The reason I ask is from my searches it looked like a lot of people liked Amsoil about a decade ago in their tranny only to have some people complain about syncro issues.

I guess I was mainly asking how long have people been using it in their FD. From the searches I did, it seems like fairly recently. I was just curious if this stuff was tried and tested in the FD trannys.

If you buy Amsoil, I recommend MTG. It's the right friction and additive type for this transmission. I have this in my transmission now and it works fairly well.
If you buy Neo, the 75w-90HD is the preferred grade. I've tried it and it works well.
I've also used Redline MT-90. Again, I've tried it and it works well.
