How to instally polyurithane front bumper cover

Hey guys, I have a rotary extreme 99 spec polyurethane front bumper that i would like to install but have no idea on how to start. This bumper is a fresh mold with no holes drilled in it yet and i was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of what hardware i need and how to do it. Thanks!

With aftermarket bumpers I usually remove the brackets from the stock bumper, and rivet them to the aftermarket. I can't stand when people just shoot screws through fiberglass or whatever the bumper is made of.

They are riveted on. You need to drill out the rivets.

Ok so i just drill out the rivets... drill the holes on the new bumper (they are already marked off in the mold on it). and rivet the hardware onto the new one and bolt it up?

Yep. You might have to adjust the brackets to get a good fit. I'd mate it up the the car first before you drill anything. Also helps to put some masking tap on the leading edge of the fenders where the bumper mates. The studs on the brackets make it very easy to scratch the fenders when installing it.
