How to hook up relay to shut off my trailing coils?

Personally, I like the idea of cutting the signal coming from the ECU...using two relay's triggered by one button. This can be achieve in the kick panel...not in a cramped area in the bay.
Only reason I suggested keeping L & T switch 12V power separate...is for loading, taking away 2/3 load and adding it back, probably isn't that crucial in automobile applications.

Alright, I hooked up the relays today. I've got a problem though. When I hit my horn button, it powers up the trailing coils. When my finger is off the horn button, I've got no power to the trailing coils.
Basically, it's doing the absolute opposite of what I want it to do.
This is how I hooked it up. I want power to my trailing coils all the time except when I hit the horn button. I want power turned off when I hit the horn button. What can I switch around to make it right?

You the man, Thanks Partner!
I'm using a 8,200 pill for my high side and a 8,000 pill on my low side. This should crack some windows!

Instead of using the horn to trigger the relay, use the clutch switch. That makes it automatic and sets up the two-step for full-throttle upshifts
To do this, connect the blue/orange wire of the clutch switch to the 86 terminal of the relay. Everything else stays the same.

Dude, I'm still doing something wrong here.
Having it hooked up the way you told me, I am getting 12v on both 87 and 87A when 86 is grounded.
So, basically I'm not getting 12V until I ground 86.
_________________________________________ just to make sure, I've got two leads on my horn button. I'm running a wire from 86 to one horn wire and the other horn wire, I'm grounding it. Is that correct?
Do you have any ideas?

Alright, I need to seriously lay off the booze.
I've been working with normally open relays this whole time. I went and bought some normally closed relays and hooked them up. Guess what, they work.
I thank the lord, time for another beer.

Using just a two step box won't work with a rotary. You have to turn off the trailing coils while using the 2 step.

Wrong.
I have a tecIIIr, the two step works just fine with both coils working.

I decided to hook it right to my clutch switch instead of my horn button.
