How to fix gap in front bumper

Does anyone know if there is a "how to" to fix the gap between the front bumper and hood? I seem to remember a write up on how to fix this. I searched and couldn't find anything. Also I want to try to fix the waviness of the bumper also. Any help would be appriciated.

The polyurethane warps and sags over time. I don't know of any way to fix it without replacing the bumper.

You could PM turbojeff, he does all of his own work (minus painting, I think) and he might have a fix for you.
