Question How far does a stock ECU go?

I recently purchased a 3" catback, down-pipe & high flo cat. Also plan to open up the intake. This is for a '94 RX-7 R2. Everything else mechanically is stock, and these are the only mods planned for now.

Will the stock ECU be adequate when I perform these mods?

If I need to upgrade the ECU what are the best & least cost options?

Millions Thanks!!

you can go to the archieves or search for tons of info on this. But here is a quick answer.

You should be okay as long as you are running only 10psi. ANymore than that and i'd be concerned. Even with those mods you are still pushing more air thatn stock, and even with 10psi, i'd get an ecu and tune the car.
