how is everyone liking their rotary extreme v mount?
Who here is running stock twins with the re v mount setup? and has this setup increased spool up or decreased boost response? after searching for a pfs smic and having very little luck I may hold out for the v mount setup.

There has been feedback. Do a search for "Cossie", he has posted a lot of information about running the setup:

i've got a monster vmount, but i have a single.... i coudn't tell you how much i like it.
as far as intake temps, my intake temps are constantly about 5-10 degrees colder than my best friend who is running a apexi front mount. i dunno how my temps are actually colder than his, but the PFC tells us it's so. water temps with the vmount are actually a few degrees colder also.
couldn't tell you the actual pressure drop, but i do know that there is A LOT less piping than most front mounts. you might also want to ask people how boost response is on other intercoolers, stock mounts and front mounts, because a Vmount would have just as much piping as a stock mount and again, a lot less piping than a front mount.
i had the PFS ic... its nice, for a pretty stock car, but with the vmount you do get a new radiator along with a big intercooler... personally i just hated the hot air blowing directly on the intercooler (even with the vent).
i would save up and get the Vmount, but thats just my .02

V-mounts inspire envy among other FD owners. Its great to see your intercooler through the hood vents instead of the front grill. If you do your ducting right, your intake and water temps will be ridiculously cooler than front mounted cars.
