okay, i'm in the middle of swapping my tranny out. the new one doesn't have the speed sensor in it and i can't get the other one out. i've tried prying and turning, nothing works. the manual doesn't give any specifics. any ideas? i need help asap!

 

I had to tap mine with a rubber mallet and turn and pry but it eventually it came out. Try squirting some PB blaster on it as well.

 

i finally got it outta there. i just rotated the input shaft and yanked. now i'm more concerned with why my new tranny doesn't work
