How do you adjust the headlight beam/pattern?

Hey, i was driving at the 3am and my beam pattern looked horrible. How do you adjust it? Any input please. Thanks- Clayton T.

Use a phillips head screwdriver to adjust the little screws on the headlight surround. IIRC, the top one adjusts the up/down and the bottom one adjusts the left/right.

EDIT: Wait, i'm not sure which screws you're talking about. Where are they exactly?

You will need to find a flat, level, unlit spot where you can shine your headlights against a wall or building. I suggest that you park your car about 20 feet from the wall. Be sure that the car is not parked at an angle. You want to be perpendicular to the wall. Bring something to cover one of the headlights while you adjust the other one. A sweatshirt will do.

The adjustment screws are located in the front of the headlamp bezel. Just turn them to see how they move the lights. At first, adjust each light with the other one covered. When you think you have it right, go for a drive. If you like it, you are done .
