How do I remove this interior panel?

I'm trying to uncover the rear driver side speaker and I know you can't just pop the grill off. How do I remove the entire plastic panel in order to expose the speaker?

There's a screw rattling around in there and I need to get it out.

On the non-bose model the grill just pops off.

just pry that **** out. even on the bose model, you can just pull the little storage bin thingymabob out without taking off the panel. i didnt see any bracket in there where the speaker grill would mount to.

down at the very bottom of the piece just behind the seat, there is one screw. remove this screw. then there is a small snap in thing right near it. this must be removed also. then remove the piece that seperates the trunk. there are 2 more small clips on the edge of the piece here that must be pulled out too. now just pry the whole thing off, and be sure if any thing falls off to recover it and replace. this interior piece is mostly snap in stuff.
