this one? what pieces do i take off? the diagram is very confusing.

 

There's just one nut holding it to the ACV.

 

Once you have your UIM off, it's very easy to get at.

You'll have to remove two vac hoses [be careful in doing so --> the nipples are plastic and easy to break!!].

You'll have to remove the electrical connector.


Lastly, as Jonski said, it comes off the ACV by removing a 10mm nut.
