the damn mirrors are ratling too much i know its the mirrors because i only hear it when the window down window up it stops.....anyone have similar prob if so what you do and also tell me how you got the mirrors apart...........

 

garfinkle fixed mine .The glass comes off when heated with a heat gun ,a hair dryer will not work unless very hot ? tighten screws,reheat glue goop replace glass eazy eazy

 

how much he charge you for fixing them and what was turn around time.......i feel if i do all that i will break something!

i had a feeling it would be something along those lines to fix that prob

 

There is a screw that fixes the mirror to the fender that you can see when you fold the mirror inward. Try tightening that screw.

 

ive tightened that screw before and mine still rattle too.. I'll try the heat gun trick this weekend.
