The ground wire in the kick panel? Just get a regalur switch (SPST, I guess), ground a wire on one end to the body and find the slide in the passenger kick panel and either tap that wire into the other end of the switch, make a slide wire into it and put that into the switch, or cut the slide off and extend the wire in the other end of the switch. It's so simple and mindless that it's hurting my brain to try to explain it, so if I got something wrong then I'm sorry because I sure as hell didn't think about it when I found it and did it.
