No I think usually you have to look on the chip inside to see who it was reprogrammed by..

i am pretty sure your ecu will be stock since you only have the downpipe and cat back.

as for the ecu, there is no label, you will need to take it apart.

There are two boards inside the ecu, the stock version looks pretty plain and simple. Reprogrammed ecus have an additional daughter board where the eproms used to be. You'll have to carefully unfasten and lift one of the boards to see it.
