How To Bleed mY Clutch?
Well im finished with my 5 speed Conversion. Battery was pretty dead so it really wouldnt start up. Had it charging the entire night so we'll see in a few minutes. But I have a major issue. I bled my brakes (the proper way) and the brake pedal feels awesome but im trying to bleed the Clutch and this pedal just does not seem to be getting any stiffer. Is there a specific way to bleed the 93's clutch? Im doing it the way i was taught which is pump the pedal 10 times, hold it, and then release the pressure from the slave. Tighten it back up and repeat. Well ive been doing that and it just doesnt seem to be working for some weird reason. New Slave and new Master so i just dont see why the pedal wont get stiffer. It just sinks to the bottom of the floor. When you pump it with your hand it feels like its pretty stiff but then when you try with your foot it doesnt come back up. Now the thing that gets me is when you start pumping the pedal you can feel the rod from the slave being pushed out and into the clutch fork. It extends and pushes the fork all the way back like its supposed to, and when you release the pressure the rod comes back in. So maybe its me but i dont really know. Do i just keep bleeding it the way im doing it or am i doing something wrong?

i always did it like this...
Friend: PUMP PUMP PUMP..until firm...have him kept the pedal up..
You: open slave
Friend: slowly depress the pedal (it should eventually suck itself down to the floor)
You: Watch for air bubbles...the fluid should run clear with no spitting or hissing or anything wierd...
Repeat....
