How to avoid the beeping sound after the airbag removal?

Say it all in the topic, does anyone know how to by pass the signal? Please advise

there should be a light that flashes with the beeping sound on the left of your cluster. now, go under the dash and follow the wire from the flashing light, it should connect to a black box located on the right side of the gas pedal. disconect it and the sound should stop, but the light will still blink. now you will have to unplug the light bulb by taking your whole dash out just enough for your hand to reach up to the light bulb.

I have already taken the light bulb out, is that any way i can find the wire connect to the black box?? is it the only wire to the black box?? Thanks again

well, if you're changing steering wheels, Mazdaspeed makes something called a steering wheel boss, which fools the airbag (plus the horn still works). hope this helps

yes. just look under the dash towards the tranny.

My car never beeped...I left my light in. My friend told me if you take the light out the extra saftey mechanisim is the beep. what i did is cover the inside of the airbag warning assemble to block the light from shinnin through.
