Check all common failure points for hairline or heat-stressed cracking. Intercooler piping (I know you reconnected it, but check the piping as well), y-pipe, etc.

It has been my assumption that if I get 10psi primary, the main piping (ie intercooler) should be OK. Is that an incorrect assumption?

so you checked all the one way valves.. they are on correctly.. and non of your vac/pressure hoses are cracked or leaking..

Well, if your primary hits 10psi.. I don't think its your IC piping.. usually your boost will drop at either primary or secondary.. not just primary..

I would check the Cat if you still have it.. Make sure non are blocked..

Also, check your vac chamber.. if not enough vac could be made, it will affect your secondary boost..

sorry.. most people had their vac chamber filling with oil.. I'm not sure how that happens.. Only thing I could guess would be oil from manifold is coming thru as vac is made.. But I could be wrong..

but thats a pain in the *** to get your vac chamber out of the car.. just check your hoses leading to the vac chamber and see if you see any oil residue..

The cat is less than 1 year old , The Vac chamber is not filled with oil and does not leak when I blow into it, I don't think it is the BOV because I checked it with a vacuum tester and it worked properly, plus it only vents boost when you let off the thorttle and I can hear it working. Coop may have a point with boost bleeding off. I can hear a rush of air when the secondary kicks in. I always assumed that it was hearing the boost filling the pipes but maybe it is escaping somewhere. Also, if I get above 4500 RPM and shift, I get low and slowly climbing PSI. I assume that this is because it stays switched to the secondaries. Any Ideas based on the sound I hear? Thanks again for the input thus far.

Okay, so I hear a rushing of air at 4,500 RPM. I know that a lot of thigs happen durning the switchover at 4,500. Does anyone know exactly what opens up or should stay closed that would make me hear that sound? I checked more things from the autosportracetech page that I had already checked before the hose job and everything is still OK.

Have you checked and tested the CRV? It should be closed at that point.

I tested the CRV, it starts to open at 2" of vac and is fully open by 6". I also T'd into the CRV vac hose with the vac/boost gauge. It stays at 16"-18" vac unitl 4500 RPM then shows boost. It seems to be working properly. I T'd into the ABV as well, it shows Vac at idle and light throttle, then goes into boost as I feed it more thorttle.
