Zip tie it. May need a smaller one too. Also. Over time, the standard rubber caps won't hold up in the engine bay.

Alright, I will give a zip tie a shot and also see if I can put a hose clamp on there and somehow tighten the screw.

Best solution is an IRP stainless neck.

Good thing I had a sealed catch can or oil would have been spraying all over my engine bay...This happened after every 10-15 minute stint at Donington circuit. Even when I was running between a 1/4 and 1/2 full on the dipstick. Oil is definitely all up in my entire intake system as I could see some of it seeping out between the throttle body and the elbow (which I cleaned up constantly)

The catch can does not fill when flooring it in a straight line as I tested the hell out of that on the way home from the track to see if the blow happening regardless. It only happened at the track. Now, Donington is a very fast cornering circuit with a lot of right hand bends but I'm guessing I shouldn't be filling up the catch can to the max after each session like this.

Yep, I was emptying mine after each session. The neck IRP makes has a baffle which may help. I have not gotten out yet to see if helps.

It should help some, but is only part of a complete system. venting from the other side of the engine will be a more complete solution along with the IRP filler neck.
