Horn and Signal lights not working, HELP

Electrical guys I need help. After consulting the 94 FSM available here, I have determined that my car (93 base) didn't come with 2 horns. So far as I can see. Unless I left one behind the FMIC. Anyways, when I replace the fuse for the signal lights, Ureka they work. Until, that is, the horn button is pushed. Fuse blown, no more signal lights. As many of you are aware, these are required for Inspection, and since mine ran out in April, figured I would begin to ask for help.

I have traced the fuses and relays, according to the FSM, for the horn. The fuses are fine, and after swapping the relay, still no dice. Could the horn have gona bad? Would this create enough discharge to blow a fuse for a seperate system? The only fuse they share is the Main, in the fuse box near the battery. I have sleek lights, could the retractor units be tied in somehow? Any help would be wonderful, Thanks in advance.

could be

I thought about something like that, but can't find anything that is touching. The connector is on the driver's side horn, but like I said I can't find a horn on the passengers side. Anyone know the color of the wire for the horns? I am still trying to disect the wiring diagram. Thanks for the idea, keep 'em coming.

problem solved. I had the wire for the passenger side airbag, which had no horn attached to it, grounded out. I finally was able to read the FSM and realize it was Green/Red Stripe wire for the horn. I feel stoopid. Chasing wires for almost a year. Thanks for whoever put up the Manuals.
