Hard to say. Two years of sitting absolutely off can affect the engine compression and fuel injectors. I really hope there was fuel preservative put into the last tankful.
Only way to I know is start it up, let it get warmed up, and run a compression test. Definitely change the oil and fuel before putting it under any real load.

exactly what Dave said. Just make sure your battery is new or fully charge in order to prevent flooding the motor.

First see if your current motor is fine.
drain old gas, change oil, change coolant, charge battery.
You can pull the egi fuse (located in the long thin fuse box under the hood, it is a 30 amp pink colored fuse in the middle of the box) and crank it for a bit in order to get everything flowing before you try to start it. removing the egi fuse disables spark.

Not being a smart ***, but why not just start it and see what happens?
I think you'll find plenty who have no problems, but some who do. A local guy bought an FD which hadn't run in 2 years. Started right up, no problems, and it's been his daily driver for several months problem free.
