Thumbs up Honestly..Do you guys think a boost controller will give you better track times.

Just wondering if a profec b or any other aftermarket boost controller would give you a better 1/4 mile time.I would think so but i am not sure..

does a good aftermarket boost controller have an impact on the transition/pre-spooling/etc.? that's the only thing i would think it would help you get better power curve, but otherwise, i can't imagine how it would help.

I disagree, It makes your boost spool a bit faster, depending on which one u get like the SBC-ID lets u set the wastegate speed.

Other then that, some cars have 10-8-10-7 boost patterns where the boost trails off at higher rpms, some boost controllers help this
Mine went from that pattern to 10-8-10-9.5-10, so it helps u hold the boost more efficiently
