Well, I got the bomz intake pipes off of ebay and was going to the filters on the end. But, which filters do I need and what size inlet? Dosent the primary turbo filter need to be at a 45degrees angle? Also, what do I do with the 2 hoses with the stock bov's? Is it ok just to let them blow into the atmosphere? I was going to do the heatsheild also but wondering what I do with the tube that goes to the back of the engine? Put a breather filter on it?. Are there any instructions on this anywhere? Any help or direction will help.

Get HKS intake, it already has filter, all you need to do is route the air pump hose to the HKS intake. The first bov don't need to be filter, because it releases air but the secondary bov does.

Go to pepboys or toggnottes and buy those little breather filter to put on the CRV second bov, you'll need to buy a foot of hoses too. Because the breather won't fit the CRValve. Just clamp the hose you buy to the CRV and use another clamp for the filter.

 

The HKS filters are total crap. Take a look at my site, I designed a custom intake that might give you some ideas.

 

Here's what I did:

1) Got K&N perfomance filter to fit stock airbox.

2) Drilled 3(1 1/2") holes in the front/ bottom of the airbox.

3) re-installed with Bomz tubing and air filter.

Works great as a cool air intake while saving a few hundred bucks.

P.S. Make sure you keep an eye on your holders I've been told that they can crack. Also its a tight fit so have some patience.
