Yea, if you can make them up let us know the price. Also, there are some other gaskets in there that could be used. The H and J gaskets are where the turbine housings bolt to the manifold. Those could be useful for a lot of people

give me a few weeks. looks like i'm gonna have to fork out some dough for a new one.
without me knowing exact dimensions yet, my estimation for 1mm thick 304l or 316l would be around 25-30 each.
i certainly could make any gasket, as long as they were a solid metal. i can't do mls gaskets, or gaskets with a fire ring.
i can also do flanges, laser cut or cnc machined, mild or stainless.
i just started up the site, and hardly have anything in stock at this point, but feel free to browse. turbosupply i will let everyone know when i have setup everything and have the gaskets on order. they will be able to be purchased through the above-linked site.

If you need an exhaust manifold gasket, get an SCE copper one, its like 35 bucks...FYI for anyone that might need that piece, I'd imagine they wouldnt be cheap either, the SCE is one piece

Do you people still not know about and use Mazda Motorsports? Does autocrossing scare you or something? Just 2 times a year and you get cheap parts.
*edit*
Part # changed
Just talked to them on the phone, up to $56 plus a few dollars for shipping and my local tax rate, prob around $60 to the doorstep, order online too.
<sigh>
When will they learn...
On a side note you get the platinum plugs for cheap, $6.25 a piece, and they have the most resonable S&H I ave ever seen.
Oh, and on a reason, probably because they can <--(evil mazda laugh)

I can get any of these gaskets or block off plates, cut from any material that you need. i have access to an abrasive water jet cutter that will cut anything you put in front of it, up to 8" thick. Cutting time and material for the gasket that you picked would run about $15, plus whatever shipping. Dave@wmcinc.net...........I am not afiliated with any car shops

RE-USE THAT GASKET! SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND GET INSTANT GRATIFICATION!
Obviously this isn't the DP gasket (It's the DP/MC gasket), but you can see the sort of magic that a $2 wire brush will do!

is there anything special about the material the turbo to dp gasket is made out of? is it just SS? what type? is it really just a solid piece or is it laminated?
is it really just a 1mm thk sheet of 316SS?

Jonski, you seem to have a pretty good grasp on this stuff... my car only has 34k miles on it... what are the odds that my gasket will be good to reuse? i know that the only way to be positive is to pull it and find out... but... its my daily driver, i'd like to save the money if i could, but if its most likely that its ok, i can probably pull it and not have to wait a week for a new one
same for the cat-back-to-cat and cat-to-dp ones?

I cant find it, I guesse my dad through it out =/.
Oh well, its exactly what Jonski said. Their like pressed together really really tight I guesse so when it gets hot, they expand and fill in the space. BTW Pugg I HIGHLY doubt anything its wrong with yours. Mine had 100k miles. Look for LOTS of smoke on start up from the engine bay and everything caked in soot from the exhaust.

kewl, i didn't there would be... i don't have smoke from the engine bay... just from the exhaust tips (condensation burning off)... never noticed any other signs of a leak. boy i hope you are right though
my dp just showed up today... i know this is a little off topic, but i've never looked up under my car, concentrating on the dp, does anyone have a picture of what i'm getting into?

pugg57, I'm 99% sure your gasket is reusable. Before you start on the project, get a wire brush and a can of PB Blaster (user for loosening DP nuts, it has a yellow lid and the can design looks old-skool).

I am not interested in getting into the car parts buisiness but as a member of the forum and fellow rx7 junkie, I will help you guys out with low cost flat pattern parts such as these. All I want is to cover my costs. If you could scan or trace a copy of what you want, and either email it to me, I will give you approximate cost. obviously, the more parts i run during the same cutting run, the less the cost. Also, with your sketch or dwg., please write in dimensions, best you can for hole sizes, centerlines and such. faxes dont usually come in to scale
