Whats impressive about a $2 can of spray paint???

I thought about polishing all the alum housings on my engine but its just a pita so I didnt bother lol

yeah, i thought it was polished, how hard would that be to powdercoat?
I wonder how it would look just painted? has anybody done that.

Powdercoating can't withstand the heat of the engine block! Are you sure it isn't something else? otherwhys it would start flaking off the block...

I'm pretty sure jsut the bell housing and front cover are AL, so those are the only things that can be polished

my engine is the same way. it is called "almost chrome" and it is power coated. looks great.

ummmm........ I'm fairly sure powdercoating will take all the heat that engine can throw at it and then some. It is some pretty tough stuff.
