Holset/Borg Warner or Master Power

I am an FD3 Owner in the UK and looking at going single turbo on my FD. I have a stock motor and am looking to get around 450BHP max. I have been looking particulary a Borg Warner, Holset and Master Power turbos. I have had a few people recommend different sizes.
Can anyone give me any ideas or let me know what they are running and what power the have got?
I have had a recommedation of a Borg S362 or S200 with a 1.15 A/R and also from a different company (Mike Turbo INC) an S200 0.96 A/R with a Garrett T70 compressor to replace the stock one? Not sure if this mod makes sense or not?
I have also been suggested a master power T64 and a Master Power T70? Holset Hx35 or Hx40.. Not sure what Exhaust housing is required though for the rotary?

I would really appreciate some opinions as I am kean to get something good value from the US.

Thank you
Lee
