HKS Turbo Timer HELP HELP!!! ASAP HELP!!!

Okay, have an HKS TT in my friends FD. We have the wiring harness in, but there are two leads that we don't know what they go to.

One is Grey and Red with a female bullet plug, and the other is Black with an eyelet.

I assume the black is ground, is the Grey/Red +12V??

TIA!!!

Steve

The black is a ground. I grounded mine on a bolt right by the ECU. The orange wire, if I'm not mistaken, links into the parking brake's black wire under plastic console leading to the base of the brake handle--(really easy to do). The purple can go to the ECU for connection to the speed sensor, though it's not really necessary. If you set the timer after setting the parking brake (by taking keys out of ignition), and the engine shuts off if the parking brake is disengaged, then you don't have a need for tapping into the ecu. Hope that helps--pm me if it didn't. -BN
