well i dont have it myself but a buddy of mine does and man is it loud. i think its wonderful quality as most of the hks products are. i think its a little overkill for the streets and stock turbos. but hey if you got 1200 to throw away go for it.

sorry to bring this back from the dead...but i just want to know if anyone has more pics of it on their car....hp numbers, and is it worth it for the money with a t78...this replaces everything to the downpipe right...so you dont have the buy the midpipe ect.

last question: i heard this exhaust hangs by springs or something??

just wanted to remind everybody that the piping is NOT titanium but stainless steel....only the muffler canister is titanium.

4" piping will cause you lose power unless you go single turbo. Also, low end will very slow

im not trying to flame or anything, but isn't it best to have no restritions (i.e. bigger piping, or no piping) on a turbo car. is this something specific to the rotary engine. i will admit i know very little about the rotary engine, but i always thought the best exhaust for a turbo car was no exhaust?

I think at most you'd loose an itty bitty bit of torque on the low end.

One of the loudest exhaust if not the loudest beside the Apexi GT Spec, 4" piping all the way back so no need for midpipe. This exhaust works well in conjunction with a single turbo a bit overkill for the stock twins though you will pick up good top end but you will loss some low end response. The canister has its own hangers as far as the springs goes it has two springs on both sides of the pipe which connect the pipe to the canister.

I bet it causes a bit of boost spike because it is so free flowing what with no cat and a smooth pipe from downpipe back. I would say a single and wastegate could control it better but the stock wastegate is no match for the amount of exhaust this 4" exhaust moves. I would also say that there would be a loss of low end torque due to no backpressure on the engine and turbos.

this exhaust is def. worth it if you have single turbo, overkill for stockers...

for our cars (Mk4) if your making around 750rwhp or more, using the WOTM 4inch D.P and M.P w/ Hks Ti.. people have gained from 150-170rwhp

increases, spool, torque, and power...

and yes no exhaust = even more power
