Just removed the silencer on my super dragger 2,
does this actually improve the flow of exhaust & maybe gain a hp or 2?? OR is it strictly just going to be louder?

Yes, removing the silencer will help flow (some people have had silencers help with boost control).
As far as power gains, probably not much but you might "feel" a little extra on the 'butt dyno'.
