Thumbs up HKS Pop- Off Valve

After looking into porting my wastegate I saw HKS makes a pop-off valve. It would seem like this is the way to go if you want to protect your engine from overboosting. Seems simple enough, get a hardpipe intercooler kit and have the valve welded to the pipe after the intercooler and set it up for, lets say, 13psi. If your turbos spike the boost any higher than 13psi the valve opens up, saving your engine. My question is, has anyone used this device, if so, how do you like it?

yes they work well...I dont currently use them and they can protect you engine...but your turbo will still be working hard and creating heat...it's just your engine wont see it. So it's not a total solution to a boost creep issue
