HKS PFC F-CON V (not pro) 16 bit

I asked this in the engine management section but there's not a lot of people browsing that section or any help. I got the ecu (its the silver one not the black old style unit) with the correct harness and boost sensor. All I want to know is do I need to buy any other sensors or anything to install this ecu into my car? And can I use it as a stand alone or does it have to be piggy back. Remember it's the F-CON V (not pro)(silver case not black). Also what needs to be done to it after the install? It's used so it needs to be retuned, do I have to send the rom out again to get retuned or can I use a dial that would be inside the case like the black unit? Or do I have to go get it dyno tuned by an hks certified dealer? I already searched with no help about what I want to know. Thanks in advance.

To my knowledge you just need a harness for the FD3S. This is supplied by HKS. You don't need any other sensors as it a piggy-back and not a stand alone ECU so it will retain all the factory sensors. I don't know about the USA but here is Singapore HKS tuners have a special software to tune it

You can tune it yourself also but you have to buy additional units for fuel and one for ignition, not worth it IMO.

Ok, I know I can buy the GCC for timing and fuel...I think its for timing also. But what can I do besides that? I don't want to buy the GCC and this ecu is just temporary until I can afford a PFC again. Can I go to an HKS certified dealer and have them tune it? Can it be tuned while its off the car or does it have to be dyno tuned?
