hks pfc f-con settings?

installed the hks pfc f-con today and car won't start , this is after talking with the hks tech guy who told me what the settings should be.
he said
switch 1 on
switch 2 set at 3
switch 3 on
switch 4 on
switch 5 on
switch 6 on

well there is only 3 switches and some jumpers, I have the chip they recommended and their tech guys have gone home.
any help would be great.
yeah I know this is not the preffered computer on this forum but the japanese guys sure like it and this was recommended by the Z32 gurus at escort racing who will only use the HKS electronics.
anyways this is what I have to work with.
thanks

I have the piggy-back ECU FCON, and it does what it is supposed to do being an EEPROM chip(In my case it's a burned but still replaceable EEPROM configured for the "three-mod rule"(no smarmy opinions about that please). You can go to hksusa.com and search for the dip-switch settings assigned to your car or just call them again. We and they need your mods listed. It's definitely non-tuneable without a new burned chip but it gets the job done if you arent going any farther in modding or beyond 12-13 psi with stock twins. It mainly increasing the length of the injector duty cycle, richening at higher rpm. Call them again. Why it won't start I have no idea. Did you plug/ground it correctly in your kick panel? Search in the ECU forum for some older posts(it is an older piggy-back ECU, with no flexibility for future mods, of course). Good luck and let us know.

You have an old school one just like me. I bought it of my builder just for temporary purposes and I haven't got around to changing it for a PFC...So many things to buy and so little time.

So far this piggyback ECU is supporting:

Mild Streetport
DP
MP
Intake
and 13 PSI

The setting is set on 3. So far everything seems good 10k miles on it. I run rich but not that rich (no black smoke at idle).

BTW if you are near the LA area call R&R rotary in UPLAND 909 593-8080. Make an appointment and tell either Ryan or Steve that Elliot from San Diego sent you. These are the dudes that hooked me up so they may be able to help you too.

thanks very much for the replies,
I spoke with James from HKS today he's the rotary and f-con expert and it turns out I have the old pressure sensor and that might be the problem.
I have the denso 0730 sensor and I might need the new Denso 6110 sensor.
I have intake,3 inch down pipe, and 3 inch exhaust and I think I'll do an intercooler upgrade but that will be it so I think the HKS PFC F-con will do.
I think I'll call the guys in upland since their really close to me thanks for the #.
