HKS hard pipes

Hey guys,

My FD has the HKS hard pipes (intake/intercooler). I want to get the Greddy typre RS BOV kit. Would I need any modification to the hard pipes or would I just be able to hook it up? It is a direct bolt on with stock motor.

If the BOV has the adapter for the stock BOV location, it attaches to the Y-Pipe not the hard pipes, so no need to modify your pipes.

If it doesn't have the adapter for the stock BOV location, then you'll have to cut and weld a bung to the hard pipes.

SLOASFK,

It does have the stock Bov. is it brown in colour and located beside the turbos?

The Greedy kit has everything to hookup, so iam set!

If you or anyone has a pic of the BOV, please post it.

Thanks a million,
Dion

Stock there are two "BOVs". The Air Bypass Valve(the one that makes the whoosh sound) and the Charge Relief Valve(which makes little sound at all).

I believe the ABV is the one which is located towards the front of the Y-Pipe.

I've circled one of them on this picture in yellow. I believe this is the CRV, but it will let you see what they look like.
