Question HKS fmic a/c lines dont connect

While this install occured along time ago its now to the point where I should probably worry about this with spring time right around the corner.

My issue deals with the kit that HKS gave me. One of the very last steps is to reconnect the ac lines using the ones supplied by HKS. I fitted them up to the places where they are suppose to connect but the connections just dont fit! Its like the lines are routed the way they're suppose to be but the end pieces wont connect with my stock ac equipment. Could the kit have been designed for a newer model rx7? or did I just get the wrong connection pieces somehow? Has anybody else had this problem?

The pieces that dont fit are the ones coming off both the bottom side and the top side of the ac condensor. One of them running to the 'beer-like' can and the other just connecting to the other lines. It makes me wonder if I could just get some pieces left over from a greddy kit or something. Thanks in advance

BTW: You can make your own with aluminum piping found at most hardware stores and race shops.

thats not my problem though, its the end pieces of the piping. Including the funky looking piece on top of the 'beer-can' looking thing. (whatever that is if somebody ones to remind me)

Check what year the kit is for

We have 134A but the later cars from Japan uses R12. Piping are larger than ours.

Some will tell you that HKS kits suck because of this.

Thats not HKS`s fault, it might have been ordered wrong, talk to the guy you ordered from.
