Hks Fcd

I know this question has been asked before, but there was only one response on that thread.

Well, my friend is giving me an hks fcd to try on my car and see if it works. I have a dp, midpipe, airfilters, and an stock ecu. No boost controller, do you guys think this is a good idea till i can get an upgraded ecu? I have fuel cut at 5k rpms btw.

Fuel cut is what saves your engine bud. You install that, Ecu will think you are running low boost and you will run lean. Then it will be matter of seconds, especially if it's cold night. It's a bad idea. Just my .02 cents.

Very bad idea. Quit trying to be cheap and fix the situation properly or you're going to be paying to rebuild a motor.
