high pitch noise when letting off throttle

Ever since I took apart my elbow/throttle body for my spark plugs (ended up doing it from the bottom too), ive been getting this annnnnnoying sound when i let off the throttle. Its coming somewhere by the TB and its very loud and extremely annoying when it does it every single time. I had a friend of mine who works on rotaries do my spark plug wires, and thought that taking it apart again and putting it back might fix it. However, i guess it didnt lol. So what could it possibly be? some kind of leak from the tb? Thanks in advance.

Was the TB gasket paper or metal? If it was paper, perhaps part of it blew out and now it whistles when you let off the gas and the pressure escapes.

It's very likely either the throttle body to inlet pipe O-ring or the throttle body to manifold gasket - should be easy to check either. If it's whistling, that's boost pressure you're losing through a leak. Should be an easy thing to find and fix.
